Hosting Services Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“We”, “us” or “our” means ItsYourHosting Limited. “Services” means web hosting, domains, email hosting, VPS, dedicated servers or related services provided by us.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing or by email. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Services

We shall provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Service descriptions do not constitute guarantees of performance or availability.

4. Uptime

Whilst we aim to maintain high availability, uptime is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control are excluded.

5. Customer Obligations

You are responsible for: – maintaining account security – ensuring all hosted content complies with UK law – keeping contact details accurate.

6. Payments

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

7. Backups

Unless expressly stated, backups are provided as a courtesy only. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services immediately where: – these terms are breached – unlawful activity is suspected – payment is overdue.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
